A series of 10+ bite-sized, engaging online modules to help shift behaviour and attitudes around ongoing microaggressions in life and the workplace.

WHAT MAKES THE MINDFULICITY PROGRAM UNIQUE?

Mindfulicity is grounded in neuroscience. That is, it’s a brain-based program that challenges us build skills that help us take personal accountability for our relationships at work and at home. As a result, when we better regulate our emotions and actions, we create a safe space for all to do their best work.

HOW EASY IS IT TO ACCESS THE PROGRAM?

These fun, engaging online courses are available anytime, anywhere from any device in 15-minute digestible portions to provide employees with a fun, interactive e-learning experience. The modules are SCORM compliant with Learning Management Systems with a number of interactive quizzes, videos and activities to help the learning stick.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

WHAT IS YW CALGARY’S EXPERTISE IN THIS AREA?

Mindfulicity stems from our well-proven counselling programming facilitated by our counsellors, many of whom have a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology and are all registered with a regulating body. They are well-versed in delivering evidence-based intervention in domestic and workplace conflict and specialize in modelling the skills and behaviours to diffuse difficult situations.
